Rose Valley A beautiful, private unit close to Dillworth & Uptown

Excellent house and location!

I had an exceptional stay at Rose Valley House in Charlotte. The neighborhood was charming, and the location offered quick access to both Uptown and the Dilworth area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The house itself was perfectly situated, central to everything Charlotte has to offer. The host was outstandingextremely responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. My dog especially enjoyed the spacious backyard, which was a lovely bonus. This rental truly enhanced our time in Charlotte, and I highly recommend Rose Valley House to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay for an extended visit.

Highly Recommend Rose Valley for Long-Term Stays!

I stayed at Rose Valley for 6 months during my contract in Charlotte and loved it. The room and bathroom are spacious, with a large shower and a separate entrance through the backyard. The backyard is charming, which is beautifully set up with lights and a fire pit, which is really nice for relaxing in the evenings. The location is perfect if you enjoy outdoor activitiestheres easy access to the Greenway for walking, jogging, or biking, and you can take the trail all the way to Uptown if you want, I enjoyed taking the trail to Park Rd Park with my dog and jogging around the duck pond. The house is quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and a quick drive to Southend, Uptown and Dillworth. I mostly had the house to myself, and on the rare occasion there was another tenant, they were friendly and respectful. Overall, its a great spot for a long-term stay!
