I can't say enough positive things about this property. First, the owner is absolutely amazing to work with and is very accommodating. Any issues I had were addressed quickly and respectfully. The neighborhood is right next to a school and is very quiet. There are a lot of walkers and children playing so everyone is mindful of the speed limit. Very close to most of the hospitals in Roanoke. Absolutely zero complaints and I would happily stay here again if I ever take another contract in Roanoke.

Everything You Need

A great apartment in a wonderful, walkable, historic neighborhood in Roanoke. This place was so clean and homey. I really enjoyed my time here and wish I could have stayed longer! The owner is very quick to respond to any concerns and is very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. As well as stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Amazing and has EVERYTHING you could need!

This is an AMAZING one bath/one bed apartment in Roanoke that I got to call home for the 6 weeks that I was in the area working. It has everything you could ever need including a large walk-in closet, a hallway closet that was great for storage, a comfortable king bed and a very comfy couch! The kitchen has every appliance you could need along with a lovely dining table to eat/do work at. Conveniently located close to downtown and to the nearby hospitals, this is a GREAT place for medical personnel or any other travelers interested in exploring the Roanoke area. The renter also has access to a garage for their car and an extra climate controlled room attached to the garage that was great for a quick at-home workout or a relaxing yoga session. The property manager is GREAT and made my rental experience seamless! She is very easy to reach, super kind, and very responsive! Wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend!!

Perfection!!

This was perfect for my husband and I! We absolutely loved the space, the garage access, and the king sized bed!! The property owner was AMAZING! She made the rental process super easy and was very responsive to our calls/texts! We never had a problem during our stay but I had no doubt, if we did, she would have helped us! If we ever return to the area, we will definitely book with her again!

Very nice and conveniently located!

The property is only a couple of miles from LewisGale in a very nice neighborhood. It is comfortable and cozy and very nice. There is even a garage available! The owner is very accommodating and goes out of her way to insure you have a great stay!
