We have a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home that we rent out by the room. Each room has its own electronic lock with programmable codes specific to each individual guest. The four rooms are all on the 2nd floor and the entire first floor is a shared common area with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and office space.

This property truly is a gem. I had a great stay. I was comfortable and the place is beautiful. Convenient location as well. Beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks. Owners were attentive and prompt and easy to work with if there was ever an issue. I give it my highest recommendation!

Easy living away from home
This place was cozy and in a nice/safe neighborhood, not too far from essentials. Landlord was responsive and helpful! It was my first time renting a furnished rental and it was a great experience. This is communal housing but there is lots of space to spread out and store belongings. Only nice professionals had been there during my time.
