Very nice and comfy
This is a very nice, cozy, camper. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very gracious and responsive hosts. I will check C's available units first if ever I return to Cumming!!:)

Cozy Catch!
Charming,safe- landlords were There with everything (issues), basic necessities!! Would definitely go back! Btw never any issues . Not far the lake! The drive to the hospital was a breeze!!! Plenty to do see and the crew I worked with was fantastic !!

Everything I needed for my 3 month stay!
I stayed on this property as a graduate school student completing my first clinical rotation (12 weeks) and it had exactly everything I needed for comfortable living. C and her husband were FANTASTIC hosts, they always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay, and always provided a solution within an hour of me contacting them. Property does not include a washer and dryer (only reason for 4 stars), however, local laundromat nearby provided an easy fix. Property has lots of space for storage, just be prepared for potentially having to bring and/or purchase additional bins for the storage space. Bathroom is on the small side, but the storage options makes it functional. Property is completely furnished with essentially everything you need down to the utensils. Overall amazing experience, would absolutely recommend any of the properties owned by C and her husband,
