Great place and great landlord

I stayed here June- January and I had such a great experience here. The commute to Seattle was like 20min I used to work at Harborview but its just a straight shot up the I-5. Gwen and her Husband were such so attentive,kind and my cats loved them! There isnt many places to walk to in the area but the landing has everything you need! Plus there is this cute 1 mile trail that I loved to do!

Nice cozy area

This place has pretty much everything you need if youre a traveler. The only thing I wish I was more of is closet, space and room for dresser. But it was really no big deal, I just stored some of my other things inside the living room. The kitchen doesn't have a hood vent, but I just opened up the window and the door If I was cooking a steak on the stove top. The property owners are very nice people, I enjoyed getting to know them and having conversations with them. Renton can seem sketchy and not sketchy because there are million dollar homes in the area. I never had any issues with my car being parked outside, which is a good sign for me. I enjoyed my stay while I was here.
