Trendy 1 Bedroom near Trauma 1, University Downtown

cute BUT.....

Cute setup, great location, but I got zero quiet time, zero sleep due to the upstairs neighbors. They were nice at first and said please let us know if we are being too loud" but after 6-7 weeks they just stopped caring. The floors/ceiling are paper thin so I could hear someone walking around until 1:30-2am each night, I could constantly hear the 2 dogs running through the house, playing fetch with the dogs & their kid's play room was right above the living room. Then after I left the unit cleaner than it was when I arrived, I was accused of taking things like a vacuum, a picture, & was told the mattress was dirty & missing a cover. There was never a cover & the mattress was clearly heavily used before I arrived because I had to rotate the mattress in order to not sink into the bed. They purchased a new mattress 2 days after I left but told me they didn't inspect the unit until 2 weeks after I moved out. So I got to pay for their new mattress. Lucky me. Just forewarning everyone.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here while on rotations for PA school. The property was clean, well taken care of, and so cozy! It is located in a great area; close to the grocery stores, lots of places to eat, and very close to the hospital here. I take a lot of walks around the neighborhood and its close to ETSU which is another great place to walk around. It feels like a very safe area, especially for any young females looking for a place to stay. Robert is quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here!

AMAZING!!

When I tell you this is a property to not pass up, I mean it! This apartment could not have been more perfect for my needs and was in such a great location. The apartment itself was so nice and clean, easy access inside and out for my dog. And the location itself is amazing, the neighborhood is beautiful and very safe, walking distance to downtown, 5-10 minute drive to get to anywhere else for shopping or necessities. I truly could go on and on about how great this place was, do yourself a favor and book it asap if youre staying in this area!

Super cute, updated apartment in a great part of town! It's a quick walk downtown to tons of great restaurants! M and R are awesome, would definitely stay again.
