From the onset of meeting the landlord (Ramy) to view his property, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The hospitality remained until I moved out. The property is extremely clean and conveniently placed near downtown Everett and other neighboring stores and supermarkets. Not only is Ramy chill and friendly, so is his lovely cat Wasabi. I would highly recommend renting this property. For the thirteen months that I lived there, I have gained a friend and a brother.

R has a lovely, comfortable and welcoming home to share with a roommate. The space is very clean, quiet and in a fantastic location. The house is walking distance to everything in downtown Everett with easy freeway access while also being in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. As a host and roommate, R is gracious, respectful and personable with a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and current events. I very much enjoyed my time here!

The host is very accommodating and friendly. Lots of places to go walking to, good restaurants nearby, and if you're into it there are a lot of hiking trails nearby.
