Cozy Winter Stay

I stayed in this basement apartment for 30 days during the winter and had a very positive experience. The unit is spacious, cozy, well-kept, and very clean. I appreciated the separate temperature-controlled units in the living room and bedroom, which allowed me to manage the warmth comfortably. There was ample parking close to the house, and the location is convenient to public transportation and major highways. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and solution-oriented. Communication was smooth and professional throughout my stay. While I found the shower size somewhat limiting, everything else about the unit and hosting experience was positive. Be prepared to bring your own bedroom and bathroom linens. Overall, I appreciated their hospitality and would recommend this clean, well-managed space.

I stayed at this property and had a great experience, very safe neighborhood, easy access to surrounding areas and easy commute to work. Quiet , clean and friendly host. Definitely book if you're looking for somewhere to stay.

I had a great experience staying here during my travel assignmentclean, quiet, easy access, and great hosts. There was ample street parking, and I felt extremely safe no matter the time or day. I would have moved in if they would have let me, lol. Don't hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed, and there's a fire Jamaica restaurant down the block; Golden Krust is the best one in Queens.

Amazing Stay in the Queens/Long Island Border

Welcoming host with all amenities there for me. Great neighborhood with street parking always right by the place! It was easy commuting to the hospitals with the parkways close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone new to the area!
