Beware of Property

The place was dirty upon arrival. I had to clean the shower, toilet, kitchen counter, and vacuum bedroom. I got charged $250 cleaning fee when I moved out even though had clean it when I moved in. I sent landlord pictures the day I moved in to show her the lack of cleanliness. Had poor communication with landlord. Sometimes she wouldn't respond to text messages till days later when their was concerns about property. Scheduled a final walk through with her when I was moving out. She made the time for walk through and never showed up. Landlord responded two hours after appointment time, She stated she was hour in half away. I waited for her get back in town and she never showed up.

The unit was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and we regret if anything did not meet your expectations. We appreciate that you shared photos of a hair behind the toilet at move-in. Regarding the cleaning fee, this is a standard charge outlined in the lease agreement to ensure the unit is returned in good condition for the next tenant. The fee was assessed based on the condition at move-out (broken blind, cat scratches on window seal, etc). As for communication, we do our best to respond promptly and accommodate tenant requests. We sincerely apologize if there were any inconveniences regarding the final walkthrough. We appreciate your time at the property and wish you the best moving forward.

Awesome & cozy!

Can you love a shower? I sure did at this place! I worked nights and had zero issues with light or noise. If I find myself back in Knoxville, this will be the first place I try to book! Great host, very responsive.
