The Perfect Place!

This place is so perfect! I am a travel nurse & I leased one of the 3 bedrooms in the condo. You have access to the entire condo with no landlord living in. The bedroom I had shared a bathroom with one other room & there was also the master bedroom which had its own bathroom. The community is gated & there is lots of parking (2/3 roommates have a garage space & 1 has a parking pass in the gated community). There's a cute little park right out the front door where you can sit & relax while feeling safe. The landlord was so nice & always available when needed. The place is so modern & beautiful, plus a cleaning lady comes every week to tidy up. I highly recommend to any traveler!

Great townhouse

Beautiful clean home, looks exactly like the pictures. There is a two car attached garage. Weekly housekeeping included. When l my bedroom key got locked in the room accidentally, Christopher came over quickly with the spare key to my rescue. Enjoyed my stay!

Nice, comfy and clean

The townhouse was very nice, comfortable and clean. It is in a good location and I felt safe and secure in the gated community. There is a nice park right outside the front door with a playground for kids and a lemon and a jujube tree in the yard. The manager, C, was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely stay again if back in San Jose. 1/2 a block to Safeway and 3 blocks to tram.

This place is just gorgeus!!

This place is newly remodeled and its just gorgeous. Very safe, quiet, clean and housekeeper comes every week. C is very prompt with answering questions. Loved it here!!!
