The best place in Manayunk!

I stayed here with my dog Toby for the past 10 months (multiple extensions thats were very simple) so and had the best experience!! Manayunk is extremely safe being a very family and dog friendly neighborhood! Very close to downtown with access to a ton of public transportation a short walk from the house! Parking is relatively easy to find near the house, but parallel parking is pretty common so be aware! Kira was such an incredible landlord and I am so grateful for her hospitality!

Great space!

Great place to stay and neighborhood! Kira was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond if anything ever needed attention. Great location with plenty of coffee and food options nearby. Definitely recommend this place if youre in the philly area.

Dr. Kira - Ripka

Dr. Kira was amazing. Very flexible and was so helpful while I made my move to Philly. The place, well, it was exactly what I needed. Great location. Parking was easy. I walked everywhere - to the gym, restaurants/nightlife, ran around the neighborhood. Safe cozy place that would be great for both short and long-term rentals. 6 out of 5 stars. Period.

Great spot!

Kira is a great landlord - very quick to communicate and super friendly! The place is in a quiet suburban location and knowing a bit about Philly its safe! The neighbors were nice and it was very easy to get to Main St Manayunk or into the city - loved that. The place is cute and cozy and great for short or long term stays. WiFi worked great for both of us that worked remotely and our pup was very happy here as well.

Great Place to Stay!

This is a lovely place to stay in a lovely location! The place is beautifully furnished with everything you need and close to public transportation into downtown. Kira is always quick to respond and assist with any troubles that arise. I highly recommend it!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay during our 3 months in Philly. The value for the place is great: dedicated laundry, decent storage, and a nice neighborhood. It's close to some great outdoor spaces! The furnishings were cozy and well thought out, and the kitchen had decent cookware. She even provided a little area for our dog! Kira was great! We had a hot water issue but she fixed it immediately. The neighborhood is on a steep hill, so just be aware if you plan on walking/taking public transportation. The locations requires a bit of a trek to walk to Main Street or take a bus downtown. Additionally, upstairs neighbors can be heard pretty easily, but they were always respectful of noise: Kira seems to screen tenants well. Overall, great experience. We were happy with our decision to stay here!

Manayunk Perfection

Could not recommend this property more for short-term/transitional lease needs, especially for young professionals. Walking distance to restaurants, cute main street, and popular Philly area hiking. The neighborhood itself is super friendly, safe, comfortable, and quiet. I learned quickly to parallel park but never had major issues finding it right outside the apartment, worst case a block away. This was my 10th move since 2016 so I do not say it lightly: K is the BEST landlord I've ever had. She was so kind, responsive, and attentive to some early problems I was having. She followed up to make sure all was good and gave me so much ease of mind to know she was available if anything came up. I would have stayed longer if I could have but I needed a closer commute to work. Everything you see in the photos is what you get. The decor makes it feel homey. I never really heard my downstairs neighbor either. If you have specific questions, happy to have K put you in touch with me.
