Amazing stay truly a home away from home

I stayed in this casita while working in the area, and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better place. The location is perfectclose enough to everything you need, yet quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days. The casita itself was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a longer stay. It truly felt like a home rather than just a rental. The outdoor space was especially enjoyable and added to the overall sense of calm and privacy. The owner was fantasticresponsive, welcoming, and always willing to help if anything came up. That level of care really makes a difference, especially when youre staying somewhere for an extended period. I felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease during my time here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this casita to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay.

Amazing stay

I stayed in the house for almost a year while I was in the area for work. This house is perfectly located near downtown but far enough you don't hear any of the traffic! Jeff has given the house a warm and cozy feel that helped make it a home away from home. I loved my time there and I plan on staying again once I'm back in town!

I absolutely loved living here. Jeff, the owner was AMAZING! He was always available for any issues. The property itself is gorgeous. The outside area is so relaxing. It was like stepping into your own little secret garden every time I came home. It even had night blooming flowers! Private parking, access to do your laundry, and the Casita was equipped with every and anything you would think to need. It's central location made all of Phoenix accessible. The neighborhood is just as amazing as the neighbors. I WILL stay here the next time I get an assignment in Phoenix (if it's available)! This was my first assignment and I felt safe on this property in a city that I've never lived in. Knowing that you are safe is so important as a single woman. It made for an enjoyable first experience. I felt welcomed from the first moment that I met J. Thanks for allowing me to love my little home away from home.
