Medical Student Approved!

I stayed in this lovely room for a month-long rotation I had nearby, and I am so glad that I did! Hosts, Kim and Larry, were so warm and welcoming. I felt so safe, which was important to me as a solo-traveling female student. Kim was always there for me if I needed anything, and she would check in with me to ensure I was comfortable. The room was clean with beautiful natural lighting and greenery surrounding the unit. It has a private entrance with a private bathroom, and it was well-suited for my needs. There is a hallway that connects to the rest of the home, which is separated by a folding room partition divider, so the space was adequately private. There is no formal kitchen, but having the microwave in the room and access to my own mini fridge/freezer was very helpful for me. It was also really nice that they provided weekly laundry services. They also have the sweetest little dogs that do not bother anyone, and they are kept away from the guest space.

Excellent place, hosts and location

During my 13-week nursing contract, I had the privilege of renting a place that felt like a true home away from home. K and L were the epitome of perfect hosts. Not only was the property in pristine condition, but their thoughtful touches, especially handling the laundry, made my demanding schedule much more manageable. Their responsiveness and genuine concern for my comfort were evident throughout my stay. It's rare to find landlords who are so considerate and attentive to their tenant's needs. I am deeply grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend their place to any traveling professional in need of a stress-free accommodation.
