Loved it!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 months while working in Lubbock. The neighborhood was convenient , safe and quiet. The house has everything you could need we felt the space was really well thought out. The beds are comfortable, WiFi worked great, AC worked great. Highly recommend ! Hello there, During my stay at Mr. James' home, I had a wonderful experience. The place is quiet, with a lovely backyard, and conveniently located near stores. There's also a free bus service to Texas Tech University. It's just a 15-minute walk to one of the best coffee shops in Lubbock, J&B, and close to two parks where you can enjoy your free time. Mr. James is a fantastic and accommodating host. If you're visiting Lubbock and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place. All the best, and thank you, Mr. James.

Home Away From Home

My stay at the property was wonderful. The appartment is extremely comfortable and cozy. This spot has everything you will need and more. I feel that I was extremely lucky to have been able to rent the place and it is absolutely home away from home.

Home away from home

I took my first contract as a travel nurse in Lubbock and stayed at Jim's place for three months. The place was clean, comfortable and was conveniently located, which made it easy to get around. Jim was also very responsive whenever I had a question about something. I am so glad I found his place and would stay there again if I ever return to Lubbock. It was definitely a home away from home and I had a wonderful experience!

Fabulous Experience!

Our experience at this location was wonderful. J, the property owner dealt with us directly, was extremely responsive, conscientious, and very easy to work with. He even went above and beyond to ensure the unit is cleaned regularly and that everything is working properly. The unit itself was top notch and the location great and seemed quiet and safe. Everything was very clean and orderly. The beds were comfortable, and many extra amenities were provided. One of the best features was the outdoor area with table, grill, big screen tv, and lots of privacy! This is our second Furnished Finder experience (different cities), and both have been very positive!

Had a wonderful stay at this property during my contract here in Lubbock. Plenty of amenities, has everything you need, very comfortable beds, convenient location, safe area, owner quickly responds to any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
