Love our stay

Thank you so much, Carmen and Carla, for letting us stay at your apartment in Long Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there, including the dedicated parking space, which made everything so convenient. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. The location was also perfect, so close to Target and all the shops anyone could need. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend your place to others. Thank you again, guys!

Great place to live + amazing landlords

We absolutely loved living in this ADU. It truly had everything we needed: a full kitchen, AC, in-unit washer and dryer, and a beautiful, updated bathroom. The space was comfortable and felt like home right away. One of the best parts was the outdoor amenities, including access to a pool and jacuzzi. The location is also great, perfect for walks and very close to plenty of stores. Brian and Emma are the best landlords who genuinely care about their tenants. They made our experience so comfortable and welcoming, and we now consider them like family. You'll also feel very safe here, as the property is gated. Highly recommend!!

Great Studio in a Convenient Location

I really like this studio! The location is great and theres a dedicated parking spot. The space is comfortable and enough for two people. All the water runs smoothly, the TV already has Netflix, and the portable air conditioner works great. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay. I'lldefinitely come back when I visit Long Beach again!

Great stay in Long Beach

I was lucky to be able to stay at Carmen's cute studio in Long Beach. It's well-located near the Traffic Circle. It's an older building and with that come some standard issues. However, Carmen's space is well-maintained, and she is so very lovely. I felt safe staying there.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

The property is perfect for one person or a couple. It has a great pool area, jacuzzi and a nice gym. It is centrally located with easy access to the 22, 605 and 405 FWY's. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It is also a very short drive to downtown Long Beach, Seal Beach or Belmont Shores. The owners are very responsive if there are any issues, such as locking yourself out of the apartment by accident. The building is very secure with key fobs to enter both the gated parking and the building. The parking garage requires a gate clicker to enter and leave the garage for added security. I would definitely rent here again.
