Great house!

Had a lovely stay here, quiet neighbourhood and close to everything you need! Beds were very comfy and Aron was super easy to get ahold of and helped us with everything! Nice home for a travel nurse in the Arizona area!

Unprofessional Landlords

The back gate to the carport does not physically open more than a couple of feet which made it difficult to come in and out. The front and back doors had gaps in them, leading to issues with pest control. When we informed the landlord (A) of the bugs coming into the house through the gaps, he mailed us cheap weather strips and asked us to apply them to the doors for him instead of hiring a professional to make the fix. A also failed to provide proper cleaning supplies. Because we were traveling with dogs that shed, we asked him to at least send us a vacuum, but he only sent a broom. We were charged $250+ in additional cleaning fees in the end because we could not keep the house clean enough with the supplies provided for us. A also refused to prorate our last month of stay. This home may have been acceptable for a short stay, but it was not properly set up for a long-term stay and A was incredibly frustrating to work with through issues.
