Wonderful Stay

Karen made this stay incredibly enjoyable and hassle free. The unit was very clean, decorated beautifully and had excellent amenities. At every point of the stay she had answered all my questions, respected the space as being my own for three months and kept up with me to ensure I was having a pleasant stay. Moving in and out expectations were easy and she even helped me finish cleaning the unit on my way out. 5/5 is just as high as the website will allow me, and if I was staying in Louisville for my next contract, I easily would have renewed.

Cozy home away from home

I'm a student at UC and stayed in her other room. It was my first time away from home, and Karen was so sweet to me and that transition. I had everything I needed in the room: comfy bed and chair, tv, fridge and toaster oven, and even an outdoor seating for reading. Overall, super lovely time here and can't wait to come back this fall!

Great Experience !

My stay here was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It is a very quiet area, and the view is truly stunning. Such a peaceful place to relax. The landlord was kind, accommodating, and always respectful of my privacy, which made me feel right at home. I also felt completely safe, with secure parking and a private entrance. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had.

Adequate stay

Overall the room was a good stay. The house is located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner did keep some of my deposit because she had to defrost the fridge, which I had done several times that I lived there over 10 months. She also stated the loveseat was stained and she had to have it deep cleaned which I find strange because I had it covered the whole stay. She also stated there were stains on the bathroom counter, which there may have been because there is no kitchen sink in the room, so I had to do my kitchen dishes in that sink. Also the tub drained slowly and the house has an older plumbing system. She asked me to keep the hair strainer in place which I did but hair inadvertently went down the drain, so I was charged for the plumber coming out to unclog the drain after I left. Also requests rent to be paid in cash monthly. Just FYI

Pleasant Stay

A very nice furnished apartment with everything you need in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic back here. There are plenty of trees with a nice view from the apartment. I might have had the best view of the fireworks for New Years! The separate entrance is nice, so you're not bothering anyone if you work off-hours. The landlord is very accommodating, helpful, and kind. She is on-site and is very easy to get a hold of. Iroquois Park is within walking distance if you like the outdoors. The apartment is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants with just a quick drive or maybe a 10-15 minute walk. An overall very pleasant experience! I'm so glad I had this opportunity.

Awesome Studio Apartment

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was a perfect size for me and close to work. The landlord was helpful and pointed out things of interest. close by, and she was easily accessible by text if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if going back to Kentucky!

Loved my stay here

This is a wonderful property to stay at! Its very clean, quiet and accommodating. Its close to the hospitals, and the landlord K is very nice and very helpful anytime you need her! I would highly recommend a stay at this property for anyone.

Clean, quiet and cozy

I had an excellent stay here. The unit was very clean and cozy in a nice quiet residential area. I was working nights snd there were no problems at all sleeping during the day. I found the landlord to be very friendly and accommodating during my stay as well. Id recommend this location for anyone needing a safe and convenient place to stay, especially while working a night shift.

Quiet, Cozy and Beautiful Views

This property is in a safe part of town with beautiful views. I worked night shift while here and the room was very quiet and had black out curtains, perfect for the day time sleeper. K is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and attentive. Thank you K for sharing your home with travel nurses.
