Family/Pet Friendly Charming Home away from Home

I had an amazing experience renting through Mr. D. This charming home is perfect for anyones needs, whether it be for business, travel, or just for fun. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Churchill Downs and close to shopping malls and a variety of food options. I recommend checking out St Matthews and Bardstown for fun activities for all ages. Mr. D, the landlord, was the best we've ever had. He was quick to respond and always willing to help with whatever we needed. He even gave us suggestions on local events to check out, like Lights Under Louisville in December. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but also gave us our privacy. I will definitely rent from this sweet family again if I am lucky enough to return. This home deserves all the stars!

Charming house with plenty of space and great amenities. Front porch view of Churchill downs. Owner was great with communication and very flexible with my needs/schedule. Returned my deposit in full within 2 days of the move out inspection, I would book here again if I'm ever in need of this location/short term rental again!
