In gated community with walking paths, golf course, club restaurant 1 block from home. Large enclosed furnished patio with lots of seating, BBQ. Beautiful view of surrounding mountains. Driving distance to Monterey, Santa Cruz, or San Jose approximately 45 miles to each city and 15 minutes to Gilroy and 20 minutes to Salians.
Space
includes use of laundry facility, access to large outdoor patio , refrigerator, mini kitchen area with microwave, hot plate, toaster oven , private entrance and parking. The property is in a gated community and is 2 miles from our hospital. The unit is separate from the main house off of the garage and is very private.

Comfortable place in Hollister
I have stayed here for almost a year. The house is located in a gated community where you will feel safe especially when coming home late from work. Kate, the owner, is very warm and welcoming. Just let her know if you need anything to make your stay comfortable. The room has a private bath, is clean, furnished and has the basic needs of a traveler, like hangers, a cabinet, towels, etc. Outside of the room you have an oven toaster, microwave, a fridge and the laundry area. For those travelers who love to meal prep, Kate has a beautiful kitchen and complete with utensils and cookwares that you need for cooking. Overall, I have a great stay..it is like home away from home where you can rest, relax and recharge after a busy shift at work.
