Great Home!

I had a super positive experience in this home. The house is cozy, has everything you need to make it feel like home. The owner is so great to work with. He responded to all my needs and is also a good guy. Quick drive to Shands. I rode my bike most of the time since it's so close. The backyard has a screen in patio that is so nice to sit in after work. Parking right in front of door is a huge bonus. Washer and dryer work great and so much better than sharing. The kitchen has the essentials and there are plenty of linens. Overall I would highly recommend.
