Nice Stay
I stayed here for a couple months in the summer of 2025. Parking was good off the street. Quiet Neighborhood and close to the beach and downtown. The owner was very responsive and there were no issues. I enjoyed my stay.

My Second Stay in the Cottage
I had 2 opportunities to stay in this lovely cottage, while working a Santa Barbara 2023 and 2025. I was very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet, short car ride to downtown or to the ocean. I loved the swing on the porch and view of the mountains! Adrianna

A great find close to downtown SB
This Cottage was a pleasure to stay at! It was well maintained and Michelle responded quickly to any messages. Having a driveway parking spot and so many in-unit amenities was a dream.
