The Best!

The owners of this property went above and beyond. The moment I checked in it had everything you could need to get you by so you didn't feel rushed to get to the store. It came with fast Wi-Fi (Online gaming, movie steaming), Smart TV in living room, and tons of space to spread out. Private garage was excellent! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This place felt more like home than any hotel would have. Cynthia is a sweetheart and will keep you updated about anything you need to know. If you play tennis there are courts on the property as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. If I'm back in NM for work ever again I will be seeing if this is available 1st before looking anywhere else. If you are coming to the area for long term work I highly recommend this place.

Home away from Home

The property was everything that my roommate and I hoped for and more. It was comfortable, safe, and centrally located to many activities in Albuquerque. Being a traveling student clinician, we wanted to find an apartment that felt like home. With this apartment, we found just that. The amenities of the pool and attached garage were great bonuses with plenty of guest parking. The owners are very accommodating and made the transition to move seamless. We would absolutely rent this place again if given the opportunity.

As a traveling professional, my safety and comfort are a top priority when in unknown cities. And, I was so lucky to have found this great place. It had everything I needed; was close to good shopping, restaurants, my gym, and not far from work. I always felt safe. I loved the garage and pool. Not to mention, the owners are very sweet and thoughtful people that make you feel right at home. If I found myself back in Albuquerque, I would definitely rent this place again!
