Best House in Bay Area

I stayed here for my travel nursing assignment. The location is great, its so close to SF and also the major highways to get to wherever you need. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, parking is no issue ever. The house is always clean and the communication set up between R and the other tenants is nothing but incredible and professional. I would stay here again if I was staying in the area and would recommend this to anyone. Besides all of this, R is an also a genuinely kind and helpful person. I had no issues during my time here, however I know that had I did she would have fixed it swiftly.

Great short term rental!

I am a travel nurse and have stayed at alot of furnished short term rentals but Rs property was the best. The house is beautiful, clean and accommodated all my needs. R put a lot of thought into the house, down to the mattresses, to ensure everyone was comfortable. The roommates are respectful of one another and its very quiet at night. Rui is super responsive and overall just the best landlord. I highly recommend staying at Ruis!

A Gem in Foster City

My stay here has been just absolutely amazing. It's in a one of the safe neighborhoods in the Bay area. IMO. One of the grocery stores is within walking distance and the caltrain is within 15 minutes, driving distance. San Mateo has great restaurants which is about a 20 minute drive. R has been truly awesome and takes care of the tenants here. The neighbors were nice. The house is really spacious and nice. You have your own private room with shared common areas. There's great and readily available street parking. I highly recommend this place and would come stay here again.

Best Host in the Area, by FAR

Just wrapping up my stay here now (was in the area for an internship), and I could not have asked for a better host! She responded to all our concerns as needed in a timely and genuinely caring manner, and you can tell she truly does care about cultivating a home-like experience versus just a temporary roof to live under. She encouraged all us roommates to bond with each other, and also went particularly out of her way to accommodate me on SHORT notice when I was interested in moving from a much less ideal renting situation. The house itself is well-maintained, beautifully furnished, and has all the required amenities for one to live comfortably. In addition, the location is generally quite good, with the only lackluster aspect being transit connections at times (but most people living here have a bike or car anyways). I'm honestly a bit sad to be leaving, but with the current state of the housing/renting market, it feels good to know that there's at least 1 host out here who cares.

Great stay for internship!

I had a great time staying at this place, I lived here with a few other interns for a summer internship. The host was kind and quick to respond / accommodate our needs, and the house was furnished beautifully. The area also felt safe, near a few elementary schools, and is surrounded by beautiful canals / water. There is a grocery store and bank minutes away which made it great for a long-term stay, definitely recommend!
