Great place to stay!

We came to Miami for work and ended up staying for 5 months. P was a fantastic host! He was always responsive and had great communication. He was quick to address any issues. The unit was newly updated and literally out the door to the pool. The building has a really nice staff who were always helpful. Loved that it is a very secure building, secured parking and a nice area, never felt unsafe. Met wonderful neighbors who became pool/activity/bbq friends. Each floor has a washer and dryer (this unit is by the laundry which is great!) A full cycle cost about $4. The unit has everything you need for a short or extended stay. You're within walking distance to a supermarket (1/4mile), gas station and a few restaurants. It's about a mile or so to the beach, very easy drive or bike ride. Uber to either Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale airports are about a 35 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Miami!
