Best apartment! Sean and his wife are great. I stayed in this apartment for 6 months and it was lovely. After a long day of work it was nice to know I had a safe and quiet place to come to. As a single female safety is super important, I always felt safe. Apartment has everything you need, you also have a washer and dryer. Great apartment, you wont find better :)

Hidden Gem!!! I rented this unit for 3 months while working at UC Davis as a travel nurse, for me finding a unit that feels safe, secure and comfortable means everything to me . The Granny Flat was my home away from home! The owners have great hospitality and went over& beyond to make me feel safe& comfortable!!! The unit has everything you need including great heating,cooling unit and great parking! I gave this unit a five star review because this was my safe haven, especially after working long hard hours I needed to just come home and rest ! Dont pass this property up, you will not regret it !
