Safe and comfortable- great location

I stayed here for 3 months while working at a Sutter facility. The place has everything you need and Sean was VERY responsive to any needs. He and his wife are very kind, they even let me pick tomatoes and lemons from the backyard. My contract ended otherwise I would have enjoyed staying longer. The location is great, there is a Trader Joe's, movie theatre and mall nearby.

Best apartment! Sean and his wife are great. I stayed in this apartment for 6 months and it was lovely. After a long day of work it was nice to know I had a safe and quiet place to come to. As a single female safety is super important, I always felt safe. Apartment has everything you need, you also have a washer and dryer. Great apartment, you wont find better :)

Hidden Gem!!! I rented this unit for 3 months while working at UC Davis as a travel nurse, for me finding a unit that feels safe, secure and comfortable means everything to me . The Granny Flat was my home away from home! The owners have great hospitality and went over& beyond to make me feel safe& comfortable!!! The unit has everything you need including great heating,cooling unit and great parking! I gave this unit a five star review because this was my safe haven, especially after working long hard hours I needed to just come home and rest ! Dont pass this property up, you will not regret it !
