The casita was clean, organized, and had everything you needed including a washer and dryer. The location is perfect being close to hospitals, grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to get to the 405, and 101. Marisela and Mario were so friendly and welcoming, provided all the instructions for access, wi-fi, ac operation, and replied our questions and requests in a timely manner. The dogs, Zahzu & Nala, made the stay interesting, fun and provided some nice pet therapy after some long days or on your days off. If you work night shift though, the dogs do bark a lot during the day, which Marisela and Mario were upfront about. I would definitely come back if I take another assignment in the area and would recommend to anyone not working night shift or sleep during the day.

Great Place To Stay

I recently had the chance to stay at this guesthouse and felt like it was a standout spot. The Casita was comfortable, well taken care of and a great place to stay after really intense days. The location worked really well for me. Being right in the center means I was never far from key spotswhether its hospitals, a grocery store or good bite to eat. The dogs really made the stay fun. Zazu and Nala are playful and didn't create any disturbance. I am a dog person also so that made it even better. Overall, this guesthouse nails it with its great looks, central location, and the fun, energetic atmosphere provided by its furry residents. Its a top pick if youre looking for a midterm rental that doesnt skimp on style or convenience.

My Most Unique Housing Experience

Travel healthcare providers want housing that is affordable and safe, plus offers basic amenities and proximity to work. This guesthouse offered all of these and more. The hosts and their 3 sons live on site which made it very convenient to communicate. The family was friendly and respective of my privacy. I appreciated the list of suggested sites to see and places to eat. The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with all that I needed. Two added bonuses: a cute as a button Yorkshire terrier and a regal Belgian malinois, both welcoming and alert protectors of the property. If I ever return to the San Fernando Valley, I would not want to stay anywhere else. I recommend this guesthouse to any healthcare provider. Daphne
