Comfortable & Welcoming!

I absolutely loved my four-month stay here. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, TV with streaming, walk-in closet, and private bathroom, which made it feel like home. Mary Ann is easy to talk to but also very respectful of your space. She made sure I had room in the fridge and cupboards and was incredibly kind to my cats while I was at work. Parking in the driveway was always available, and the location is perfect-just a short drive to downtown Alexandria with great restaurants, coffee shops, and a beautiful waterfront. The backyard is perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend staying here. I still keep in touch with Mary Ann over a year later!

Great location and host!

I stayed here while working as a nurse at Medstar Southern Maryland. It was super easy to get on the freeway quickly and into Old Town. My priority was being close to the old town with my cat. MA is a generous host. The noise from the street was a bit loud at night, but I had no issues sleeping with my earplugs, white noise, and eye cover. The bedroom was spacious, and I appreciated her letting my husband stay with us a few times when he visited. It's very close to all the essentials and was in a nice neighborhood. Easy parking.
