Gated Studio with all private Garden, Entrance...

Simple yet Effective: Accurate Listing for a Functional Studio

Nice little studio that is great for a short-term, temporary living situation for a intern, student, or traveling professional. The space is small but has most of the listed amenities with the exception of a DVR and gym (the pictures are accurate). The appliances are in good condition. Cooking can be difficulty with the provided set-up and you will have to bring/develop your own dish washing/drying system. Its located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of stores and outdoor spaces nearby. The host is great. She is very understanding and unintrusive, and the house that the unit is attached to is quiet.

Great Summer Stay!

Loved the location for me! It is about 5 miles from downtown SJ which I liked because it felt more home to be in the suburbs. The shower is a bit small so if your 6 or so be cautious. The place was furnished and had just about anything you could need. In the heat of summer the place would get hot but Vi supplied a fan which was great. Overall its a quaint place great for a short internship stay in the area. Vivian was so responsive and a great host! She also supplies great organic peaches!
