Feels Like Home

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my two year old and I as temporary housing. The location is prime. Walking to Black Hand Coffee and to North End Juice has been a big bonus too! Having designated parking is a rarity but there is also plenty of street parking most of the time. The place is clean, stocked perfectly and the owners are kind, accommodating and responsive. My daughter refers to it as the purple door" because of the wreath and I will think fondly of this place that sheltered us during a transition in our lives.

Excellent stay in the Museum District

I stayed here for four months and found the spacious apartment, responsive owner and location in the Museum District made it an excellent choice. Great coffee, pizza, juice and more within 1 - 2 blocks. The VMFA is a 6-minute walk. The kitchen and bath were updated and worked well. There was a great TV in the living room that worked with either internet or local tv antenna. Space for my dog in the back fenced in area and parking when the street is full -- usually in the evening. A responded immediately to solve any problems that came up. It is a downstairs apartment in an older building, but all the upstairs renters and workmen were friendly and respectful.
