Unprofessional Host Not Recommended
I stayed at this property as a travel nurse. The unit itself was acceptable, but communication with the host became very unprofessional. At move-out, I provided proper notice and left the apartment clean, with video documentation. Unfortunately, the host withheld part of my security deposit without providing the legally required documentation. Im now pursuing this through the appropriate legal channels. Travel nurses should be aware of this experience.

I stayed at this property for about 6 months. Landlord is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is super cute and spacious. Love having a washer dryer in unit. Love the locations so close to anything you could ever want. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay
Matt the landlord was an amazing host, he was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The apartment is a beautiful unit with lots of character, you 100% get what you pay for as many amenities are included. During my stay noise was a non issue, despite being in a multi unit home little noise can be heard from the other units. The property is well maintained, which was a nice bonus. Was an amazing stay would recommend if youre looking to stay in the Methuen area.
