Quiet and cozy
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area while still being close to stores and restaurants. The studio has a private entrance through the garage and the washer/dryer was located in the garage making it very convenient. The kitchenette was stocked with all the basics including kitchen towels and trash bags. We loved the king size bed and large dresser. We are also traveling with our dog and really appreciated the fenced in backyard as well as a dog park right down the road. Ola was very responsive if we ever had any questions but also never bothered us so we were able to really relax and enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
Great Space, Great Landlord
Cool, easy little space in a convenient location. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Cassy was an attentive, friendly landlord who genuinely cared about keeping a nice property and seeing to any of my needs.
Great place and owner
Great little place. Close to everything. was clean everything worked. C was very attentive, checked on me several times to make sure everything was good. I am not a small person and had no problem sitting on the toilet! Shower was small but worked well. I will defiantly look them up if I ever go back to Knoxville.
Amazing!!
This place had everything we needed and C was always responsive and always helpful. Would always let us know if she was coming by or having the lawn mowed, etc. very respectful of privacy. This place is in such a good neighborhood and its cozy but also a perfect size! I would stay here again given the chance. Everything was clean and there was everything we needed to settle in and feel right at home.
Nothing good here.
I arrived and immediately had to clean. Starting with the back porch, there was a huge pile of wet leaves, owner admitted to trying to move/clean up, but left them because they were "too heavy". (Negligence) Whole house had weird, moldy/mildew smell. Cleaned under kitchen sink and was left with black paper towels. While down that low, saw cabinets were covered with old food and grime stuck on them- cleaned those. Looked under fridge- food and dirt, cleaned that. Pulled out stove- again old food and dirt. Accused of "pulling stove out too forcefully", which I wouldn't have had to do if the place was clean to begin with. Vacuumed front room area rug and couch and got a whole canister of pet hair. Another whole canister of pet hair from bedroom. While sitting in toilet, your a*** will hit the cabinet unless your a tiny human. The main closet is tiny- unable to shut doors without smashing your clothes. Hallway connecting room to bathroom is very narrow/tiny. Locals said "worst neighborhood"
