Best part of this property is its close location to downtown. It is also a quiet area and has great windows and air conditioning; very important for hot summers.

10/10. I really enjoyed everything about this stay. The location was close to downtown and in a cool neighborhood. It felt cozy yet beachy and super comfortable. The landlord, Karen was super responsive and kind. I made great memories, and worked hard. It had parking, washer and dryers, plenty of beach supplies. Everything worked perfect and I really miss it!

My husband and I enjoy traveling. Our primary residence is in Iowa but we have family in the Sarasota area, which is what led to purchasing real estate.We are semi-retired but enjoying having rental properties.
