Wonderful Stay!!!

The experience of staying at this property was amazing! The other tenants were quiet and respectful, the place was cozy, and the housekeeper did a great job keeping the place neat and clean. The landlord was accommodating and punctual, which was a plus for me! If I am ever back on a travel assignment, I would stay here again, hand down!

Spacious and clean! Love it here

If you're looking at this property please do not hesitate! As the rooms do fill up fast. It is not your average house that cramps it's guests together. It is always stocked with everyday needs. The kitchen and living area is spacious. The house is clean and there is even a cleaning company that comes periodically to clean the common areas. They are friendly and will assist you as well. What I liked most about this space is the structure built for the house guests. If you decide to live here, know that you are joining a respectable community, a gem above the rest. Nick the owner is so accommodating. He is professional and understanding. One of the nicest people you will meet. He ensured that we all had lines of communication open so that we can communicate with one another as well as express any needs that we had. Despite his busy schedule, he always responded in a timely manner and addressed issues. I would stay here a thousand times! Made Indy that much better.

Perfect travel nurse lodging

The perfect spot for any travel nurses working In Indianapolis. This was definitely cost effective lodging that had all the comforts of home. I enjoyed the ability to choose from a variety of different sized rooms to fit my needs. I had one of the smaller rooms in the house and it was still quite large with a ton of storage. N was super quick to respond to any concerns and they went out of their way to welcome and acclimate you to the Indy area. All house mates are screened/interviewed and were very respectful. It was nice having a built in way to meet people as someone who was new to the area. Additional bonus is the hired cleaner that took care of all the common spaces and bathrooms so very minimal cleaning was needed in between. The location was good, I worked day shift and was only about 20 minutes from my hospital which was downtown.

Such a great coliving space. Cannot say enough good things about this rental property. Newly renovated, clean, spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has the attached bathroom, very convenient. Plenty of space in cabinets and fridge. Even more shared space if needed. Extremely safe neighborhood, close to Highway, and about 20 minute drive to downtown Indy. Property owner was always quick to respond if needs arose during my stay. Highly recommended!!

The house is nice and clean, respectful/friendly roommates, convenient location, safe and quiet neighborhood (which was the most important factor to me). N is awesome! He was hospitable, kind and will always try to handle residents inquiries/concerns with professionalism. Would highly recommend for short term rental.

Great place to live

Location is really good, only a minute drive to get to highway 465 (and about 20min to central Indianapolis). Very quiet and pretty area, neighbors are very friendly, and you are also only a couple minutes from one of the best tourist spots in the Lawrence area - Fort Harrison state park. The house is <5yrs recent build, nice modern design, and well kept. The other tenants were always very friendly and management is very responsive and on top of repairs and any problems that may arise. Only bit of advice I could give would be to bring a mattress topper if you are a bigger person or aren't a fan of soft memory foam mattresses. My back was very critical of waking up in a bowl depression every morning until I got a stiff topper to sleep on. Overall a very pleasant experience and great place to stay for a reasonable price - would recommend and definitely would stay here again.
