Pre-war building with 2 elevators , brand new laubdry and a full time live-in Super. Very quiet. Express A train just out the door at 191st with elevator to Ft. Tryon Park gardens, bike and walking trails and Cloisters. Lots of restaurants.

Quiet & cozy must stay!!
J'S place is PERFECT for solo travelers! I'm a travel healthcare worker and J kindly accommodated me from September 2022 through the end of March 2023. The space is wonderful, the kitchen is fully renovated with all new appliances and everything you could need. The bathroom was my personal favorite with the tub being the largest bathtub I've ever seen with a south facing window that lets all the light in. The A train runs express and is literally across the street and can take you all the way to lower Manhattan in less than 30 minutes. I've never felt unsafe and used the train daily at all times. The building itself is very quiet and everyone I met was very nice. The super is the building was always just a text away. J is SO kind and accommodating I couldn't have asked for a better host for my first studio apartment. THANK YOU J !
