Perfect treehouse!

Amazing stay. Downstairs neighbor is not a problem, landlord is excellent, brand new mattress, well designed space. Nights on the outdoor couch can't be beaten. Highly recommend.

Stressful experience, awful neighbor

The space is as-advertised and the landlord is responsive. There is a hostile neighbor downstairs, however, who complains constantly about noise. The building is old and this is a well-known issue between upper and lower condo units. The landlord acknowledged on multiple occasions that I was living a normal life and that the neighbor is unreasonable. When I asked for a discount because this issue was not disclosed, she declined and offered no remedy. The lease agreement also has a 60-day waiting period for a security deposit to be refunded and it took that full time (the same time I occupied the unit) to have mine returned. This was the worst housing experience of my life. It looks so peaceful and I love that neighborhood, but I was literally tip-toeing around, feeling anxious, and paying a premium to do so.

Great Spot In Clarksville! Would Stay Again!

My wife and I's stay at M's place in Clarksville was awesome thanks to the charming studio apartment. The area of town is idyllic Austin to us, and very walkable with parks, restaurants, and shopping. It's only a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown and Town Lake. The studio apartment was a perfect fit for what we needed - and it doesn't feel too much like a studio. It boasted all the amenities we needed, arranged in a cozy yet updated space. The thoughtful layout of the apartment made it feel spacious and inviting, perfect for getting some work done or relaxing after a day exploring Austin. The best part of M's is the enormous front porch! Covered by a tin roof (with a ceiling fan), it was a blast to sit outside during spring rainstorms and gaze at downtown! We spent evenings taking in the view from the couch and ate most meals at home at the cafe table. We'll gladly stay at M's again, and would highly recommend it!

Amazing treehouse studio in the best location in Austin!

This studio treehouse is in a small beautiful complex with just 13 units, you have in unit laundry, and of course the best most beautiful deck in all of Austin! The location is unbeatable, it's so incredibly safe, beautiful, and close to everything in Austin. I highly recommend staying here!!
