Perfect Peaceful Townhome

Located on the water, this townhome cant be beat. B has everything you could need here! The townhouse has the best spot in the neighborhood, and the neighbors are so kind. The townhouse itself is so spacious, you could definitely have two nurses split and barely see each other because the upstairs has its own tv, full bathroom and bedroom and the master suite is on the first floor and has a huge bathroom and walk in closet! The patio is covered and gated, and is a great place to hang out. Peoria is a great city with lots of shopping, restaurants, and bike/walking paths everywhere. We've loved biking to the rec, or you could drive about 5 min to it. Close to the highway, all major hospitals, and in a beautifully maintained gated neighborhood- what more could anyone want?
