Great place to stay

We had a good experience staying here! The unit is very spacious and well decorated. Everything matches the pictures. The home is walking distance from Garfield park, which was wonderful and definitely worth visiting! It is also in walking distance from restaurants, salons, bars, and a coffee shop. I never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood. For additional security, there is a house alarm on the property, as well as cameras that we were given access to. There is a one car garage on property that is a little tight but fits most cars. There was always plenty of street parking in front but that street can be busy sometimes. There are quieter side streets to park on about half a block away as an additional option. The house is close to the interstate entrances so we had 15 minute or less commutes to work. We were also not far from many of the main attractions that Indianapolis has to offer. Kevin and Lauren were friendly and attentive! Thanks for letting us stay!

6 month stay

I loved this house and stayed here for 6 months. It is very nice and clean. The neighborhood is fairly safe (occasional weirdos walking down the street but like any city you will have those... and no-one ever bothered me). It is close to a nice park that I went to often!!! Also, it's close to downtown & hospitals. Bates hendrix is super cute! Kevin was great to work with! I would recommend this to any travel nurse!
