Awesome place to stay in CDA
Kevin’s apartment was a great place to call home for a few months! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and so close to highway access and downtown CDA. I felt so safe. I was nice and toasty during the cold months and cool in the summer. I highly recommend Kevin’s place to anyone traveling and looking for a place that feels like home!

Cool and Quiet Apartment in a Lovely Neighborhood
I loved my time here! The apartment was wonderfully clean the day I moved in, and Kevin is exceptionally nice and responsive. The apartment stayed very cool through the summer and came well-stocked with sheets, towels, dishes, etc. I had to move out to go back to school, but will absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to live. The location and amenities are fantastic!

Really excellent rental
I had a really great experience staying here. The price is excellent, the landlord is amazing and easy to contact, the suite is newer and clean. I stayed in town working night shift for 5 months, I never had any issues with noise or the suite itself. If I hadn't needed a second bedroom I would have stayed as long he'd let me.
