Great Experience

Stephanie was easy to work with and quick to reply. Even when the door lock had a low battery, she was prepared with spare batteries. She was flexible with our stay time and the place was clean. Theres a washer and dryer in unit so it makes laundry convenient. There's a Trader Joes and Costo 5 minutes in each direction and the neighborhood itself is a great location. Lots of people walking, jogging, and biking in the mornings. There was one covered parking spot with plenty of street parking.

Landlord was super helpful, timely, and great at communicating important items. The stay here was easy, had everything we needed, and was located in a convenient location.

Great Condo for travel healthcare worker!

Great location near the highway, many stores and restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly and we met several of them. The parking spot was just outside the door with street parking around the corner, but we could see it from the condo. The Condo was very comfortable and we loved how comfy the furniture was. The only negatives I would say is the master bath had issues with maintaining consistent hot water and the condo shut water off for several hours on 2 separate occasions. Also, we weren't allowed to use the mailbox which is something we have never experienced with our past rentals. The landlord was available for any questions or minor issues. I would rent from her again!

Clean, cute and cozy condo!

Im a nurse and I stayed here for a travel assignment. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet and the trail was not far at all to walk my dog. Im so glad I decided to go with this property because it had everything I needed to move in and start my new assignment right away. I even ran out of laundry detergent and was too busy and tired to go out for more because I was working 48hr/wk, but the property owner was nice enough to replace it for me which was so helpful. I also loved all the extra touches like the Keurig and especially the water filter extremely convenient! Would rent again if I ever find myself back in Dallas!
