Quiet and Comfortable!

The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt very comfortable in the house! The host was attentive to my accommodations. I did not have any issues while staying here! She always wanted me make sure If I needed anything, which I appreciated the thoughtfulness! I will miss her sweet dog

Wonderful 3 month stay

Amanda was great, we became friends during my stay! The house is less than 10 min from the university and less than 5 min to lots of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The house is beautiful and homey, the room is super comfortable and private, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. Amanda is very friendly and welcoming and we would hangout often. The next door neighbors and Amandas friends were also very friendly and welcoming to me as well. The neighborhood is also really nice, Im a runner and it was a great place to complete my runs. Amandas dog Sonny is a sweetheart, we would snuggle all day on my days off. It was a wonderful home away from home for my 3 month contract!

I can't express how much I enjoyed staying at this property. The house is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood - just a short drive away from shopping and restaurants. A is funny, kind, and considerate. She makes an effort to get to know you. She is a great cook and likes to share the food she makes (you have to try the sour dough pizza and egg bites). S is the sweetest dog. He likes to play ball and snuggle. I had a wonderful experience during my three month stay, and look forward to visiting again in the future. A&S truly opened up their home to me, and made me feel as though I belonged there.

Amazing environment and made me feel very welcome. I loved my time here and would return! I loved spending time with S and being able to have a companion for naps and outside school time. I do recommend staying here, it was quite cozy and made me feel like I belonged. I had a private room and bathroom and it was always clean! I enjoyed the pool and being able to relax on the couch. She made the stay great and I enjoyed having someone to talk too!

Words cannot mount to how special my time with A was. It was my home away from home. A is thoughtful, kind, caring, funny, respectful, smart, and motivational. A is so easy to get along and live with! A loves to cook, so make sure to take her up on her offers for food; I will miss her sourdough pizza the most. A kept the entire house 100% clean at all times. A is also very involved with her friends, career, and community, so she has her own agenda/things to do. The parking is more than great as the house has a spacious driveway/generous street parking. There's a pool in the neighborhood during the summer and plenty of parks/trails nearby (all walking distance and plenty of sidewalks). The location is really awesome because in 5 minutes, you can find all your necessities met for groceries or whatever essentials you need; there's also a gas station right next to the house. The neighborhood/street noise was very quiet! A was the best roommate ever!

Home away from home

Private bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful house, very clean and has everything you would need in the kitchen. Bed super comfortable. The owner is very friendly and her dog Sonny is awesome! Very close to University hospital and Womens hospital. I would definitely stay there again!!

A is such an incredible host! The home is beautiful, spacious but cozy, always clean, and in a great neighborhood!! Ive had multiple stays here so obviously its great since I keep going back!! I 100% recommend staying here!!

Perfect stay!

A & S could not have been more welcoming during my stay! I stayed for a travel contract for several months and had a great time at their place. The neighborhood is great for walking and super safe! A is such a joy to chat with and spend time with. S was so sweet that I got a doodle puppy of my own because I knew I would miss him too much when I left! Haha. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to spend time in Columbia.
