Excellent Temporary Home!

This was a perfect studio apartment in a great Denver location for a month-long stay! I was in between houses and needed a place for about a month, and Bev's place fit my needs. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. It's centrally located in a very nice, walkable neighborhood. Private parking and private entrance at the back of the property allowed for a safe, peaceful space. Bev was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this apartment!

3-month summer stay

I had the pleasure of staying in this studio apartment from May through August, and it was an exceptional experience. Beverly, the host, was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt at home. Her responsiveness to any questions or requests was greatly appreciated and made my stay stress-free. The location of the studio is perfectright next to City Park, which was ideal for my dog and I. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. The studio itself was well-furnished and provided everything I needed for a comfortable summer. DO NOT RENT

Beyond dreadful experience. I'd warn anyone to stay far away. I rented from Jan-March, and despite the "pet-friendly" claim, B obsessively tracked my movements. She demanded I not leave my dog alone(I obeyed) because of barking, this was triggered by her snooping whenever my car wasn't parked in my spot. She logged my departures well over 10 times, creepily Despite giving her extra deposit money to reassure her, she pocketed over 50% upon move-out, blaming it on a so-called "broken" hose retractor, which is normal wear and tear. She even had the gall to accuse me of not paying rent, pushing me to the brink of legal action. She accused me of many things & hurled childish insults, calling me a "petulant, entitled, spoiled baby." I contacted FF to expose her antics and provided evidence. In a hate-filled letter, she ranted about my dog shedding despite not providing a vacuum and 'Pet Friendly'. Avoid her at all costs; she'll lure you in with a "discounted rate" and the fleece you
