Ashland is great, this house not so much.

This is not a functioning monthly rental to live in rather a summer vacation get away. There are unnecessary gadgets in the kitchen leaving no room for food storage. The island is used for vacation guests' supplies The shower curtain liner had black moldy spots along the bottom, we had to request replacement. The washing machine needs to stay open because of the musty smell. We requested cleaner which did not budge the smell. There is no option to receive mail at this house which was not disclosed to us prior to arrival. a PO Box is over $100 for a few months. Property manager Teresa is indifferent to renters concerns & non responsive at times. The furniture in these photos does not match what is actually in the house. Teresa initially agreed to allow us to move some furniture into a garage storage space for our WFH set up, however when the time came she did not allow this. Her counter offer was to use the 2nd bedroom as a storage room.
