Amazing Views and Perfect Place

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The condo had beautiful views of the water and was very clean. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. If I'm every in the area again I will be sure to reach out to her.

Perfect home away from home.

This condo was just what we needed while my husband was working in Irmo! Private, quiet and with a great walking trail for getting exercise. Crystal was the perfect host, very communicative and helpful. She generously left us lots of supplies to get us started. It was the perfect size and we even had another couple come one weekend to stay. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic Condo!

My wife and I stayed in Crystals condo for several months and couldnt have had a better experience. The beautiful walking trail is just right outside the back patio and perfect if you have dogs. Crystal was extremely accommodating to any needs we ever had. She paid for us to stay in a hotel when there was a sewage back up one time. You wont find a better rental!

First full clinical rotation DPT student

I would like to say that my stay where was everything I could ask for. The waterview of the lake right outside my condo was perfect after my clinical day & working out. There are tons of trails & very relaxing to walk everyday that is right outside your backyard. Didn't notice any noise to be an issue living on the 1st floor & the neighbors were quiet as well. Condo is less than 5 mins from walmart, best buy, columbiana center, & other restaurants. Harbison state forest park is 2 mins up the road which is super scenic & relaxing. Landlord was very responsive & even left some household items for me to use while I was there. She always made sure I was taken care of.
