Fully furnished and modern apartment built into the basement of the owners home. Separate entrance, utilities, etc. Tenant will be entitled to use of the hot tub, as well as both a gas firepit and a wood burning firepit. Most anything one could possible need is within a 3 mile radius and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Knoxville.

Private apartment built into the basement of my private residence. Apartment has its own private entrance and guest are welcome to utilize the outdoor patio with gas grill and gas fire pit. ALL utilities are included in the monthly rent.

Very family friendly neighborhood for walking, biking, etc. Subdivision has a one-way entrance and exit. Everything you could possibly need is all within a 3-mile radius.

Fryeburg
C was an excellent landlord! Could not ask for better! I got to know his entire family while I was there! I had everything I needed during my stay! This place was safe quite and felt like home! I hated to have to leave! C was always just a phone call or text away with any questions I may have about anything! He and his family definitely made my stay while in Knoxville extremely enjoyable! I will defiantly stay again if I'm ever in that area! 10 out of 10 for sure!!
