great rental, great landlord!

Finding a good rental & landlord to go with it can be challenging. We found this place and it was perfect for us! 2 bedrooms for a great price. Elena is a perfect landlord, friendly & prompt if issues arise. We loved staying here because it was quiet, safe, and clean. The backyard is nice and large for a pet (we had a dog live with us) and it's in a great location to stores and restaurants. I'd rent here again!

Bright, clean, convenient & ample storage

What a great find! So conveniently located, and with a communicative landlord who bends over backwards to make sure the stay is comfortable. Although a basement, the space is light, bright, clean and recently remodeled. Super fast Google fiber internet. An added bonus is the ample storage - closet off the kitchen, as well as large bedroom closets. Master bedroom is super roomy, even with the king size bed. The water pressure is great from the rain style shower head. Near AltaView hospital, both restaurants and shopping are close and convenient.
