I recently had the pleasure of renting here for a traveler contract. The host Michelle was amazing, the house was well taken care of and immaculate. The location was close to the hospital and she had quick response as well as extremely helpful. The house was furnished beautifully and had everything I needed! I would highly recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

Great rental

Spent 6 months here, had an incredibly easy stay. Entire unit is clean and cozy, bedrooms with A/C and blackout curtains, bathroom is very large with an amazing mirror. Highly recommend this apartment and the landlord.

perfect rental

clean and comfortable apartment very close to RIH and downtown. The host is so friendly and accommodating! as a dayshift worker, I never had trouble sleeping during the day (black out curtains provided in each bedroom). definitely a great experience!

Rhode Island Rental

This was the first apartment that I had ever rented and I had such a great experience. I stayed at this apartment for about four months. The host was very nice, friendly, and helpful! This was also my first time in Rhode Island and the host provided many great recommendations to visit and try. The host was always available to answer my questions and was attentive and prompt to our needs. The place was very cozy and made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything that was listed about this apartment was exact and had even more than what we expected. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is also near local restaurants and groceries.
