The nicest property in mid-town!!!

Barry is a wonderful landlord and extremely responsive. His property is beautiful with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, safe location in the mid-town area of Reno. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Best Spot in Midtown

This apartment is clean, spacious, and in an ideal location. Off street parking and a quiet street while being so close to restaurants, cafes, etc is perfect. Barry is a great landlord - thoughtful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

The property, the location, and the service are top notch. B, P, and C are the best. They are amazing landlords, and even better people. I moved to another one of their properties, since I was so satisfied. Their customer service and their willingness to assure that you are happy, regardless of whether the situation relates directly to your rental, are amazing. They are welcoming, understanding, timely, and genuinely care about your accommodation. In summary, I would highly recommend renting any of their available properties.

great place for a traveler!

B has been kind, attentive, and helpful since I first reached out to find a furnished apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartment is very well equipped. Living right in midtown near shops and restaurants has been very fun and convenient as well. Being a former travel nurse, i would recommend this place to anyone.
