comfortable and safe

I loved this property. The back yard is fenced and huge. The neighbors on both sides were friendly. The house was comfortable and had everything I needed. The landlord was helpful, pleasant and kept the yard well maintained. It's close to downtown but far enough out of the way. Quiet street, and most importantly I felt same. I can be really nervous staying in some city settings but this was great, I never felt nervous and I stayed here alone. While I didn't use the basement it is finished and it was a relief to know I had somewhere safe to be if there was inclement weather. I'm hoping my work will return me to this area so I can rent again. I loved it here!

Home away from home

I loved this little house. If I could've stayed longer I wouldve, unfortunately it was time to move on. It was on a quiet street and I never felt unsafe. It's also close the Delano business area that has tasty restaurants. The homeowner is easy to communicate with. He replies within the day and gives notice if he needs to be on the property for any reason. If I ever pass back through Wichita Id definitely try to stay here again. If I ever pass back through I'd love to stay again.

Amazing stay!

I had a great time at this cute house in Wichita. I had never been to the area before and felt very safe in this home during my stay. I am a single woman in my 20's and felt comfortable going on runs around the surrounding blocks. It is super close to cute restaurants and coffee shops. C was a wonderful and very responsive landlord. I did not run into a single issue during my stay. He was respectful of me working night shift and would ask when it was okay to do lawn work, etc. He even fed my cats when I went on a vacation. 10/10 recommend this property and I would love to book again if I return one day.
