Cozy, quiet and modern

I'm an Edmonds local and stayed here for ~4 months during a housing transition. The unit was quite cozy, well furnished/designed and felt modern. The beds were comfy (slept great in the back room without windows since pitch black), kitchen well stocked, good amount of space and closets for storage, fireplace great in the colder months and backyard quiet and peaceful into the spring and summer - definitely enjoyed sitting out there and reading a book. There wasn't much noise from upstairs and the landlord Kristin was highly responsive and professional. Parking was great as alongside side of house so very private. Neighbors (family with young children) were friendly. Loved my stay there and I think you will too.

I lived here for 3 months while working as a travel nurse and loved it! It is a beautiful, cozy, and clean apartment. It's stocked with absolutely everything you could need kitchen-wise and then some! It was quiet and felt very private. There was plenty of parking space for me & my roommate and plenty of space to have family/friends visit. Kristin is so lovely and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

home away from home

I fell in love with K' place, Swedish and the sweet little area of Edmonds. The only reason I left was because I had obligations to fulfill at home in New Mexico. This property is exactly as shown and all amenities provided were high quality. There were so many thoughtful touches placed in this cozy home. I had my own off street parking space and my own entry. The rear of the property is beautifully landscaped and my private patio, open and covered, had seating for myself and guests. This summer was glorious and I spent a good deal outside on my patio. The inside of the apartment is very light and spacious. I had friends over often and all would gush over how nice this place is. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which I appreciated. When cooler weather crept in, the fireplace was a nice feature. The area is walkable, I took call and the hospital was a three min drive away. So many great things to say and not enough space to say it. This is my home away from home. Love it here
