This property is exactly as described. This adorable unit was super clean and an excellent location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe. K was so accommodating and available for any questions or concerns. I worked remotely during the day and enjoyed the early afternoons, evenings and weekends exploring this tiny island. Savannah is an easy 30 minute drive. I stayed for a month and enjoyed every day at this unique studio. I could walk to the beach, the back river and Tybrisa St with cute shops and restaurants. Do not miss the sunsets on the back river. I hope to return for another month at this wonderful get away!

I LOVED living here! The apartment is so cute, and it was just a 5 minute walk from the beach and into town. It had everything I needed for a short term stay while I was getting settled in a new town. It is so cozy, safe, and I felt right at home. The commute to the city is a little far, but the drive is so peaceful through the marsh and over the inlets, and there are grocery stores and shopping just 15 minutes away. K is a wonderful landlord. She's easy to get along with and communicate with, she is accommodating, and is always looking for ways to improve the property. I'm so grateful to have met her through signing this lease. Definitely stay here if you get the chance! You won't regret it.

Great location. Very quiet but still a quick walk to the heart of downtown Tybee. Everything is new, well appointed, and K is an awesome host. I would definitely recommend and stay again. -AR
